IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE ANNUAL DUES-PLEASE READ!

This is for you if you are a homeowner subject to annual dues

Due to technical difficulties in setting up the mechanism for paying your dues through Zelle, the email address to use is different from what you got in your dues packet.

The address to use is dues@lascasitas.org. This is set up now and is accepting dues payment.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ADDRESS MENTIONED IN THE COVER LETTER OF YOUR DUES PACKET.

Selling or Refinancing one of Las Casitas homes?

When you sell or refinance your Las Casitas property, you are required to complete the online form to notify the homeowners association and to receive documentation to complete your transaction.

Please fill out the online form and submit. You will receive an email from the system which you must forward to board@lascasitas.org. The board will act on your request only when this forwarded email is received by the board and the turnaround time for your request is computed from the time of receipt of this forwarded email.

Please read the policy and make sure you provide enough notice and complete information to the board to get this taken care of in a timely manner.

Note that there will be an ACC inspection of the property during this process.

Developed in the early 1970's, the Las Casitas tract in Fremont, California has been home to many families. Being a Planned Unit Development (PUD), a homeowners' association serves the community with an outdoor swimming pool for the enjoyment of members during the warm weather season.

Bounded by Driscoll Road, Paseo Padre Parkway, and the Union Pacific railroad tracks, the spanish-style houses that comprise the Las Casitas tract have been a perennial attraction to families with children due to the peaceful atmosphere as a community as well as its placement in a very desirable set of public schools in Fremont: Gomes Elementary School, Hopkins Junior High School, and Mission San Jose High School.

Whether an owner and hence a member of the association, a renter of a property in the tract thereby subject to the policies and procedures of the association, or as a potential buyer of a property and thus a future member of the association, you will find items of interest in this site in the form of documents, announcements and news about the community.
